This is for the UPPER unit only but we do have a lower unit 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom in lower unit, also available for $2800. Identical to upper unit except has no loft and only one bathroom. **Could not get lower unit pictures to upload but can sent them to you per request.** Lower unit does have a walkout to extend patio with patio furniture provided and fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs. You will be responsible for cleaning and washing of linens provided as their will be no cleaning service available. Upper unit: 2 bedroom. Master Queen bedroom with attached bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. Loft has second bedroom with TV-with Roku attached for your streaming pleasure and 4 twin beds that can be placed together to form two bigger beds. Off upper bedroom is attached bathroom with full shower. LR with fireplace, dining room. Large deck off of LR with a gas grill. New showers with rainfall water heads. Total of 2.5 bathrooms. Kitchen has stove, dishwasher, microwave, and full-size refrigerator/freezer. Includes: garbage, recycling, electric, heat, water and sewer. Gas station conveniently located at corner when entering area (off I-94, exit EW). Cozy cabin comes fully furnished with bedding, towels, pillows, plates, bowls, glassware, silverware, pots and pans for cooking. You will be invited responsible for purchasing your own garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, and toiletries. Ample supply will be furnished when you arrive to get you started out. For gas grill refills you will need to purchase if using. Washer and dryer is just below stairs for you to use. NO SMOKING in building! NO pets! Outside cameras on property. *Note you may need to shovel during winter. Shovel provided.
